As the BDR, you will lead outbound prospecting and audience nurture activities for UNRVLD, engaging target companies and contacts within our ICP and helping to move them along our marketing and new business pipeline. Working with the Heads of Business Development and Marketing, and the rest of the GTM team, you will support the execution of UNRVLD's business development growth strategy. The position requires a combination of business development and ABM knowledge, plus audience understanding, to deliver new business opportunities for UNRVLD.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong understanding of UNRVLD's proposition and service lines, matched to our target audiences and their requirements, so you can effectively engage potential new clients.
  • Devise and deliver targeted outbound campaigns to prospects in our ICP, supported by data from UNRVLD's GTM team, to generate and nurture new business leads.
  • Qualify leads and early-stage opportunities on introductory calls, bringing in colleagues where appropriate, to determine a prospect's requirements and shape our response.
  • Represent UNRVLD at our own and external events, using them to raise awareness, start conversations with prospects and nurture relationships over time.
  • Conduct audience research and profiling focused on our Ideal Customer Profile, building market intelligence at company and contact level.
  • Use our CRM and AI tools to supplement your capacity and capability across outbound campaigns, supported by the rest of the GTM team.
  • Track all activity and insights in our CRM system.

Experience Required:

  • The successful candidate must have the legal right to work in the role's location by the start of their employment.
  • Experience in a B2B business development, SDR or BDR role, ideally within a digital agency or enterprise technology business.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn and events.
  • Experience using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, to manage prospecting activity and track engagement.
  • Familiarity with ABM or account-based outreach programmes.
  • Confident communicator who can represent the business credibly on calls, at events and in written outreach.
  • Commercially aware with a genuine interest in digital, technology and how organisations can benefit from agency and consultancy services.
  • Experience using AI tools to support prospecting or campaign execution is useful.
  • Self‑motivated with excellent organisational skills.

We offer:

  • Excellent competitive salary plus 20% OTE bonus based on your experience.
  • Opportunity to work hybrid from our head office based in Soho, London.
  • 25 days leave with the opportunity to buy and sell through our trading scheme.
  • Private Healthcare Insurance via Bupa Insurance.
  • 9‑day Fortnight – work your hours over 9 days and take the 10th day off.
  • Annual team away days.
  • Employee Assistance programme (EAP).
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave.
  • Perkbox benefit – where you have access to over 1,000 perks and discounts to make your money go further.
  • Training and development.
  • Cycle to work scheme.
  • Electric Vehicle scheme.

* Some of our benefits are eligible following successful probation.
