We’re hiring an Associate Creative Director to lead concept development and creative execution across experiential campaigns and brand activations. You’ll own the creative vision from pitch through delivery and guide multidisciplinary teams to produce work that is innovative, executable, and strategically sound.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead creative concepts for experiential campaigns and immersive projects.
  • Translate client briefs into clear, compelling ideas.
  • Direct designers, strategists and producers.
  • Present work confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure creative quality from initial idea to final execution.
  • Collaborate with production teams to keep ideas realistic and buildable.
  • Support pitches and new business opportunities.
  • Strong 3D designer.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years in a senior creative role within experiential or immersive design.
  • Strong portfolio of experiential or spatial work.
  • Clear strategic thinking and strong storytelling ability.
  • Experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Confidence in presenting and expanding on creative ideas.
  • Somebody who is happy to be on the tools while we establish ourselves and grow the team.

Compensation: Salary £60,000 - £80,000 (experience dependent). Location London (Hybrid), with project‑based travel.
