This is a new role at Unora Healthcare Ltd to develop strong relations with key stakeholders within the NHS including medicines optimisation leads, ICB stakeholders, community service managers, procurement and commissioning teams, and senior nursing and clinical leaders. You will identify opportunities to position Unora’s services within local healthcare pathways to develop long‑term partnerships that create mutual value.

  • Service Promotion and Business Development
    • Lead the promotion of Unora's value proposition and associated patient support services.
    • Articulate the clinical, operational, and economic benefits of Unora's value propositions.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and business cases to decision‑makers.
    • Support pathway redesign initiatives that improve prescribing efficiency and patient outcomes.
    • Identify and secure opportunities for service implementation across target accounts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Map local healthcare systems and identify key influencers and decision‑makers.
    • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and educational events with healthcare stakeholders.
    • Establish Unora as a trusted partner through consultative engagement.
    • Support NHS organisations in achieving medicines optimisation and service transformation objectives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Work in partnership with Territory Managers to develop and execute regional account strategies.
    • Share stakeholder intelligence and opportunities across the commercial team.
    • Collaborate with Clinical Services, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
    • Support Territory Managers in navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Commercial Performance
    • Deliver agreed partnership and business development objectives.
    • Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities through CRM systems.
    • Track progress against regional and national commercial targets.
    • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and market intelligence.
    • Monitor NHS policy, commissioning developments, and healthcare system priorities.
    • Identify emerging opportunities for service innovation.
    • Gather stakeholder feedback to inform future service development.
    • Contribute to the development of new value propositions and partnership programmes.

Your Profile

  • Essential
    • Proven experience in healthcare business development, partnership management, account management, or NHS stakeholder engagement.
    • Strong understanding of NHS structures including ICSS, ICBs, Medicines Optimisation Teams, and Primary Care.
    • Experience presenting business cases and service propositions to senior healthcare stakeholders.
    • Excellent relationship‑building and influencing skills.
    • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability.
    • Full UK driving licence.
  • Desirable
    • Experience within ostomy, continence, wound care, community healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors.
    • Understanding of prescribing pathways and medicines optimisation strategies.
    • Experience supporting service redesign or healthcare transformation projects.
    • Knowledge of NHS commissioning and procurement processes.
