We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to oversee the revenue performance of all UNO Hotels, maximising occupancy, ADR, RevPAR and overall profitability across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue strategies across all UNO Hotels.
- Manage pricing, inventory and distribution across the portfolio.
- Maximise RevPAR, ADR and Occupancy.
- Produce forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Manage OTA, GDS, direct and wholesale channels.
- Analyse competitor activity and market trends.
- Work closely with hotel operations, sales and marketing teams.
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and commercial reviews.
- Support new hotel openings, acquisitions and rebranding projects.
- Drive direct bookings and reduce distribution costs.
- Ensure all rates, restrictions and inventory are accurately maintained across systems.
Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Revenue Manager, Cluster Revenue Manager or Senior Revenue Executive role.
- Experience managing revenue for multiple hotels.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Excellent knowledge of hotel distribution channels and revenue management systems.
- Advanced Excel and reporting capability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
