We're Hiring: Cluster Sales Executive at UNO Hotels based at UNO Thames Hotel, Maidenhead covering the wider UNO Hotels portfolio across South-East England. Full UK driving licence preferred.

Are you commercially driven, proactive, and hungry to generate new business? UNO Hotels is looking for a Cluster Sales Executive to support revenue growth across our expanding hotel portfolio. This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into contracted business across corporate, leisure, groups, events, contractors, travel trade and local accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and secure new corporate accounts
  • Drive room night production across all UNO Hotels
  • Generate conference, events & group bookings
  • Build relationships with local businesses, agents, contractors & travel partners
  • Conduct regular sales calls, site visits and networking activity
  • Manage lead pipelines and conversion targets
  • Support proactive sales strategies for hotels, restaurants and event spaces
  • Work closely with Operations, Revenue and Marketing teams
  • Represent UNO Hotels at trade events and industry networking opportunities
  • Produce weekly sales activity and performance reports
We're Looking For:
  • Hotel sales experience preferred (but strong sales backgrounds considered)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong commercial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Confident using CRM systems, email and sales reporting tools
  • Flexible to travel between properties and client meetings
