We are looking for a commercially driven, energetic and proactive Cluster Sales Executive to help drive corporate accommodation, meetings, conferences, events and group business across three of our hotels.

This is not a desk-based reactive sales role. We are looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, winning new business, attending networking events and becoming a recognised face within the local business community.

The Role

  • The Cluster Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts across:
    • Training Courses
    • Corporate Events
    • Private Dining
    • Group Accommodation
    • Contractor Accommodation
    • Local Business Partnerships
  • Identify and secure new corporate accommodation accounts.
  • Generate room nights from local and regional businesses.
  • Conduct sales appointments, presentations and networking activities.
  • Build relationships with travel bookers, office managers, HR teams and procurement departments.
  • Increase corporate room night production across all three hotels.
  • Conducting site inspections.
  • Building long-term client relationships.

Proactive Sales Activity

You will be expected to generate business through:

  • Networking events
  • Business networking groups
  • Local community engagement

This role will involve regular travel across Maidenhead, Slough, Windsor, Reading, Heathrow and surrounding areas.

Account Management

  • Manage existing corporate accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews.
  • Build long-term customer relationships.

Sales Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Record all sales activities and opportunities.
  • Support commercial planning and budgeting processes.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

  • Previous hotel sales, hospitality sales or business development experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable

  • Experience selling hotel accommodation, meetings or events.
  • Existing local business contacts.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Experience within an independent hotel group or branded hotel environment.
