UNO Hotels is a fast-growing UK hotel group with a portfolio of well-located hotels across the Thames Valley and Greater London. We are now recruiting a highly proactive, field-driven Cluster Sales Executive to accelerate corporate, group, and local business revenue across our Maidenhead and West London properties.
This is a frontline revenue role, focused on building relationships, winning new accounts, and driving immediate room night production.
The Role
This is not a desk-based sales role. You will be expected to spend the majority of your time in the field meeting clients, generating business, and positioning UNO Hotels as the preferred accommodation partner. You will be based from UNO Thames Hotel, Maidenhead, covering the local and regional market.
Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Proactively identify and secure new corporate accounts
- Conduct daily external sales visits to local businesses
- Target key segments including:
- Corporate offices
- Film and TV production companies
- Construction and infrastructure projects
- Airlines and travel management companies
- Pharmaceutical and technology firms
- Event agencies and group organisers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Increase repeat business and contracted accounts
- Negotiate corporate rates and agreements
- Ensure consistent account production
- Drive room nights, long-stay business, and group bookings
- Support all UNO Hotels cluster properties
- Work closely with hotel operations and central team
- Provide feedback on competitors and market opportunities
- Identify new revenue channels and partnerships
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- Must have own vehicle and be willing to travel daily
- Proven ability to win new business
- Highly proactive and target driven
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Self-motivated and commercially focused
