Based at Grovefield House Hotel, Windsor. Must be able to travel across all UNO Hotels. UNO Hotels is looking for a hands-on Group IT Manager to oversee and support IT operations across our growing UK hotel portfolio. This is a practical, multi-site hospitality IT role for someone who can manage everything from Wi-Fi, PMS, POS, networking, hardware, software, CCTV, telephony, and on-site troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT systems across all UNO Hotels
- Maintain PMS, POS, Wi-Fi, telephony, CCTV, and networks
- Resolve day-to-day hotel IT issues quickly and effectively
- Travel between sites to support operational needs
- Work with external vendors and manage IT upgrades
- Ensure systems are secure, stable, and fit for growth
What We’re Looking For
- Hotel or hospitality IT experience preferred
- Strong hands-on technical ability
- Able to troubleshoot both hardware and software
- Reliable, organised, and operationally minded
- Full UK driving licence preferred
