Are you a passionate Chef de Partie looking to take the next step in your culinary career? Grovefield House Hotel, the flagship country house hotel within the UNO Hotels collection, is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen brigade.

Working alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll help deliver exceptional food across:

  • À la carte restaurant service
  • Weddings & banqueting
  • Conferences & events
  • Afternoon teas
  • Seasonal menus and special events

Right to Work in UK or Current UK work visa is a must.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress
  • Passion for fresh food and high-quality presentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety standards
