Overview:
RARA Bar & Grill is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our vibrant venue. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth running of daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead, support, and motivate team members during service.
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance oversight.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards.
- Support stock control and ordering as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or service role in a restaurant or bar.
