Overview:

RARA Bar & Grill is seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our vibrant venue. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of daily front-of-house operations.
  • Lead, support, and motivate team members during service.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
  • Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance oversight.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing standards.
  • Support stock control and ordering as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or service role in a restaurant or bar.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
