The Role — Senior Product Marketing Manager: We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end positioning, go-to-market, and enablement work for our product portfolio. As our first dedicated product marketer, you'll build the relationships, rituals, and frameworks that help bring compelling, consistent messaging to our B2B2C clients. We’re looking for someone who brings educated conviction to positioning decisions, has a point of view, and who shapes the market narrative.
What you'll do:
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders to translate product strategy, customer insight, and market context into clear, compelling positioning that serves as the foundation the whole business speaks from.
- Own and evolve differentiated positioning and messaging across our core products, ensuring consistency across sales materials, in-app content, marketing campaigns, and customer communications.
- Build product marketing foundations from the ground up, including the rituals, frameworks, and ways of working that help Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing collaborate effectively.
- Support product launches by creating messaging, FAQs, enablement materials, and launch content that resonate with the market and help teams tell a consistent story.
- Turn customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive tracking into actionable insight that shapes product positioning and informs roadmap conversations.
- Establish product marketing success measures and use performance data, client feedback, and adoption insight to evaluate launches and improve future go-to-market activity.
About You: In the spirit of equity and continuous growth, we invite you to remove education from your CV. Qualifications are not a factor in our decision-making. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
- A track record of creating differentiated positioning and go-to-market plans for complex products.
- Experience operating as a solo product marketer, creating structure and building product marketing foundations from an early stage.
- Meaningful product marketing experience in B2B2C enterprise SaaS or similarly complex commercial environments.
- Sharp writing and communication skills, with the ability to flex from member communications and in-app copy to sales talk tracks and customer-facing materials.
- Experience turning customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and competitive tracking into insight that influences product roadmaps and product positioning.
- Confidence building trusted relationships across Product, Sales, CS, and Marketing, with the judgement to balance strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do. We know great people don't always tick every box.
Life at Unmind: We believe wellbeing and performance go hand-in-hand – and we build our environment to support both.
