At Unmind, we're here to create better mental health. We believe mental health should be a source of strength, not struggle – for people, teams, and entire organisations. We combine science, technology, and human care to help companies like Uber, Disney, Major League Baseball, and the NHS improve mental health and drive performance.

Our Values:

  • Outpace the rest – Move fast. Deliver excellence.
  • Stronger together – We go further, faster, together.
  • Client first – We win, when our clients win.

Inclusion & Belonging: We’re building a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported – and where difference is celebrated. If you need adjustments during the process, tell us when you apply or email talent@unmind.com.

The Role — Senior Product Manager (Onboarding & Activation): We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive onboarding and activation in partnership with the VP of Product to help make the promise we made in the sales cycle real. You'll drive measurable improvements in first experiences, reduce time-to-value for clients and members, and build the conditions for sustained engagement and retention.

What you'll do:

  • Own and evolve the end-to-end onboarding and activation journey in partnership with the VP of Product, ensuring early experiences deliver on Unmind’s promise.
  • Define and drive improvements to activation metrics (e.g., registration completion and first meaningful action), with clear measurement and learning loops.
  • Set a 12-month vision and roadmap for personalised onboarding and first-time-to-value, aligned with product strategy and business outcomes.
  • Partner closely with Design and Engineering to shape solutions, share work early, and deliver high-quality outcomes at pace.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial and client-facing teams to understand what was sold, close gaps in expectations, and improve time-to-value.

Success in the first 6–12 months:

  • Demonstrable improvement to registration rates and the percentage of users who take a first action.
  • Clear 12-month vision and roadmap delivered for personalisation across onboarding and first-time-to-value.
  • Improved time-to-value for enterprise clients and members, with evidence through metrics, experiments, and post-launch reviews.

About You: In the spirit of equity and continuous growth, we invite you to remove education from your CV. Qualifications are not a factor in our decision-making. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:

  • Ownership of onboarding, activation, or growth — with demonstrated impact on activation rate, time-to-value, or early retention.
  • Strong product discovery and delivery craft: you define problems clearly, explore options, and ship iteratively.
  • Data-driven working style: you define metrics upfront, design experiments rigorously, and treat post-launch reviews as standard practice.
  • Collaborative, low-ego leadership: you lead through influence, share work early, and partner deeply with engineers, designers, and commercial teams.
  • Comfortable navigating enterprise B2C SaaS or B2B2C contexts, balancing the needs of buyers, admins, and end users.
  • AI literacy and practical application: you use AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of your workflows.
  • Ability to communicate crisp narratives — from customer problems to roadmap trade-offs — to align stakeholders.

Tip for candidates: If you’re unsure whether to apply – do. We know great people don't always tick every box.

Life at Unmind: We believe wellbeing and performance go hand-in-hand – and we build our environment to support both. A few highlights:

  • Private medical for you & your family
  • Equity in Unmind
  • Generous gender-neutral parental leave
  • 25 days holiday + birthday + celebration days
  • Revive & Thrive Days – company-wide Friday off monthly
  • Flexible working + early Friday summers
  • Remote-first within the UK, with monthly in-person meet-ups and access to a London co-working space
  • Annual learning budget + learning leave
  • Free weekly therapy or coaching sessions
  • Wellbeing support via WellHub & Bippit
