NO AGENCIES PLEASE, we have our preferred agency on hand.

We have a new opening for a Hub Spot Consultant to join our growing team. The career path on offer is, literally, unmatched!

Unmatched is part marketing agency, part business consultancy, with a specific focus on Hub Spot and on making Hub Spot effortless for businesses of all sizes.

We hit Diamond Partner inside two years and we're still growing.

This role is remote, with occasional travel to our office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (roughly once a quarter). You must be based in the UK.

We work with businesses across the UK and Europe, with a few clients in North America too. Our services are varied, but all with a focus on making Hub Spot effortless.

About the role

If you love building awesome things on Hub Spot, this is the role for you.

This is a new permanent role, joining our team of 9 and complementing our existing Hub Spot Consultants.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll play a key role in growing our team and the business.

We're looking for someone keen to grow with the company and help build one of the best technical Hub Spot consultancies in the UK.

This is a hands-on agency role, so you'll be working on multiple projects at any one time.

We work as a collaborative team, from Managing Director through to Apprentice, so you'll get to work on a bit of everything across our varied client base and add value to everything you touch.

To be successful you'll need to keep learning across all things Hub Spot. We fund further training as needed and you get allocated time for Hub Spot Academy courses.

You must have used Hub Spot for a minimum of 5 years.

Our interview process will test genuine technical depth, so this isn't a role where surface-level knowledge will get you through.

Experience with Teamwork. com, Click Up, Asana or Monday. com is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Managing client projects from conception to completion.
  • Scoping and building solutions across the full Hub Spot platform: Marketing, Sales, Service, Content and Operations Hubs.
  • Designing and building workflows, custom objects, integrations and reporting that hold up under real-world use.
  • Running data migrations and CRM implementations, and being the person who spots the data problem before it becomes a client problem.
  • Liaising with clients, leading demos and workshops, and making sure needs are actually met rather than just logged.
  • Keeping on top of project and campaign timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
  • Bringing fresh ideas for client and company work. No idea is a bad idea.
  • Becoming the go-to person for a number of our key accounts while building your skillset as a problem solver, Hub Spot expert and business process expert.
  • Key Skills & Attributes
  • 6+ years using Hub Spot and building solutions with it. The more experience the better.
  • Logical mindset with a strong ability to solve problems.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead demos and workshops, well prepared and taking initiative.
  • Comfortable with Hub Spot's AI tooling and Breeze features, or keen to get there fast.
  • Patience and level-headedness.
  • Courage and grit. Sometimes you'll need to roll up your sleeves and dig into a project or workstream you weren't prepared for.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace is essential.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills are a huge bonus.
  • Experience with APIs, i Paa S tools (n8n, Zapier, Make) or Word Press would be beneficial.
  • Experience running Google Ads or Linked In Ads is beneficial, but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • The Benefits
  • £50,000 - £60,000 (plus comission and bonuses)
  • 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays), plus 1 extra day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days (+ bank holidays).
