We have a new opening for a HubSpot Consultant to join our growing team based out of Bury St Edmunds. The career path on offer is, literally, unmatched!
This role is remote, with occassional travel to our office in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk (once per quarter). You must be based in the UK.
Unmatched is part marketing agency, part business consultancy, with a specific focus on HubSpot, and making HubSpot effortless for businesses of all sizes.
We work with businesses across the UK and Europe, with a few clients in North America too. Our services are varied, but all with a focus on making HubSpot effortless.
About the role

This is a new permanent role and joins our team 8, complementing our existing HubSpot Consultant.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in growing our team and the business. We are looking for someone who is keen to grow with the company and build out one of the best technical HubSpot consultancies in the UK.
This is a hands-on agency role, where you will be working on multiple projects at any one time. As we work as a collaborative team, from Managing Director through to Apprentice, you will get the opportunity to work on a bit of everything across our varied client-base and add value to everything you touch.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be willing to continue your learning in all things HubSpot. We will fund further training as needed and you’ll get allocated time for completing the HubSpot Academy courses.
To be successful in this role, you must have used HubSpot for a minimum of 4 years, and our interview process will ensure a deep technical knowledge.
Experience using Teamwork.com, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com will also be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Managing client projects from conception to completion.
- A whole variety of HubSpot-related responsibilities for our clients, such as creating emails, marketing automation, building social media campaigns, generating reports, and much more.
- Learn the foundations of inbound marketing and develop campaigns that delight our clients with solid results.
- Liaising with clients and ensuring all needs are met.
- Keeping on top of the marketing campaign calendar for our clients, and keeping stakeholders informed of any changes.
- Coming up with fresh ideas for client and company campaigns. No idea is a bad idea.
- Generally becoming the go-to person for a number of our key accounts, whilst building up your skillset as a problem solver, HubSpot expert, and business process expert.
Key Skills & Attributes
- 4+ Years of using HubSpot and building out solutions with HubSpot. The more experience you have with HubSpot the better!
- Logical mindset with a strong ability to solve problems.
- High standards of written and verbal communication.
- Ability to lead demos, coming well prepared and taking initiative.
- Patience and level-headedness.
- Courage and Grit – sometimes you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and dig into a project or workstream that you’re not prepared for.
- Experience using Microsoft Office / Google Docs is essential.
- Experience using WordPress would be beneficial.
- Experience in running Google Ads or LinkedIn ads will be beneficial, but not required.
- If you’re skilled within Excel / Google Sheets, that’s a huge bonus!
- Willingness to learn and grow.

- £40,000 – £50,000
