The role: We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join our Revenue Systems team. This is a delivery focused role in a fast moving, startup-style environment where Salesforce is central to how we sell, onboard customers and operate at scale. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to keep Salesforce running smoothly, unblock teams quickly, and deliver pragmatic improvements that support growth. This role suits someone comfortable with ambiguity, rapid change, and owning problems end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day administration and configuration of Salesforce and Pardot, including campaigns, automation, lists, and reporting.
- Configure and maintain Flows, validation rules, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards.
- Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Support sandbox testing, deployments, and release management.
- Translate evolving business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support new product launches and process changes with fast, effective system updates.
- Act as first line Salesforce support, resolving issues and responding to change requests.
- Proactively identify friction in user workflows and improve usability.
- Create lightweight documentation and provide ad-hoc training where needed.
- Maintain data quality through controls, monitoring, and clean-up.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for revenue, pipeline, and operational performance.
- Ensure Salesforce remains stable, secure, and fit for purpose as the business scales.
- Operate in an Agile environment, contributing to sprints, prioritising work, and iterating quickly based on feedback from Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
Background/Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial or high-growth environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Flows, reports, dashboards, security).
- Experience with tools such as Slack, DocuSign and Data Enrichment Platforms.
- Experience supporting Sales teams and revenue-driven processes.
- Comfortable working in a startup or scale-up environment with changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
