Powered by our next-generation Strategic Intelligence decision layer, we embed with client teams to build decision workflows people actually use. We are now hiring a Founding GTM & Sales Manager to build and run the commercial engine alongside our Co-Founder: pipeline management, client nurture, proposals, CRM, and coordination from first qualified conversation to signed contract.
The Role:You will be the first commercial hire, responsible for:
- Nurturing qualified prospects through the sales funnel and helping convert them to paying clients
- Running CRM as a real revenue system: pipeline stages, next steps, close dates, nothing dropped
- Compiling ROI evidence and outcome data that turns pilots into platform contracts
- Owning the prospect nurture journey once leads are qualified: follow-ups, check-ins, relationship building
- Tracking pilot milestones and collecting Impact Ledger data on expected vs. actual outcomes
- Keeping the CRM trusted and current. Using AI daily for execution research, drafting, summarising, and content at speed.
You should have 3-5+ years in BD, SDR, sales, account management, or a client-facing role at a tech, AI, or B2B SaaS company. Follow-ups on time, CRM clean, details right. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and building from first principles.
Bonus: You have an existing network in IT services, digital transformation, or enterprise AI, and you can bring warm relationships to the table quickly.
