The Lead Teacher will play a key role in our small school community, and is an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs. You will have a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, be resilient in working with children with SEMH needs, and be passionate about helping our children achieve their full potential.
You will work closely with the Head Teacher, to develop and maintain a quality provision, a tailored curriculum, and support the development of a high-performing teaching and learning team, ensuring the highest standards of pupil social, emotional, mental well-being, and achievement. You will also support the Head Teacher in the day-to-day operation of specific school policies and processes and the development, improvement and strategic work across the school.
