Location: Hybrid: 2 days Canary Wharf, 1 day Brentwood & 1 day WFH

Unlocking Language is on a mission to deliver 1 million hours of speech and language therapy by 2030 — and we are looking for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to help lead that vision.
Are you a passionate and experienced SLT ready to develop your clinical leadership and make a meaningful impact? If so, this could be your next step.
This full-time position offers a unique and fulfilling split-role structure:
- Three days per week in our Canary Wharf flagship clinic
- One day per week dedicated to team development and administration
Clinic work includes:
- Comprehensive speech and language therapy assessments
- ADOS assessments (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule)
- Delivery of therapy groups and 1:1 intervention
- Collaborative planning with families and educational settings
This role is ideal for:
- A Band 7 or a very experienced Band 6
What You will Bring
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in paediatrics.
- Proven experience in conducting assessments and running clinic-based services.
- A confident, nurturing approach to mentoring and developing junior therapists.
- Desire to grow within a values-led organisation focused on excellence and empowerment.
- Two years of ADOS assessing experience
