We are looking for passionate and experienced Educational Psychologists to support children and young people aged 0-25 through high-quality assessments, EHCP contributions, educational and cognitive assessments and therapeutic interventions. This role offers a flexible working model, either remote work with/or in-person sessions as required at our locations in Canary Wharf and Essex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert reports to support EHCP applications and reviews.
  • Deliver individualised interventions for children and young people with SEND, learning difficulties, emotional, and behavioural needs.
  • Provide consultations, training, and support to schools, parents, and professionals.
  • Conduct educational and cognitive assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, therapists, and local authorities to ensure effective support for young people.
  • Offer therapeutic sessions (e.g., CBT, play therapy, or coaching strategies) remotely and/or in-person.
  • Keep up-to-date records and adhere to professional and legal standards.

Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist
  • Experience working with EHCPs and SEND assessments.
  • Skilled in remote and face-to-face assessments and therapy.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, learning difficulties, and mental health interventions.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with families, schools, and local authorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
