The role: As part of a fast‑paced business with rapid growth, we operate in a dynamic environment which requires individuals with a strong work ethic and the ability to take initiative. We work with some of the highest end beauty and fashion brands and take pride in our hands‑on approach and support for our talent. We are a dedicated, passionate team expanding in different regions, and we want someone to join us who shares that passion for the industry and really wants to be on this growth journey with us long term. You will report directly to our Founder and CEO; Jessica Henig.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key point of contact between talent, brands, and internal teams
  • Proactively seek new talent and brands and be comfortable pitching
  • Assist our CEO in the day‑to‑day running of the business, scheduling and admin
  • Be comfortable working with trackers, documents, briefs, schedules, invoices and reporting materials
  • Be the face for our talent roster by attending events and meetings with them
  • Gain a deep understanding of how we work and have the ability to strategise for the talent
  • Schedule and coordinate influencer campaigns, including timelines, deliverables, and content deadlines
  • Organise contracts, usage rights, and post‑campaign reports
  • Track and manage incoming briefs, enquiries, and brand partnership requests
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of creator assets, brand kits, and performance data
  • Support in onboarding new talent and ensuring smooth creator relationships
  • Assist in researching new influencer leads and emerging talent
  • Stay up to date with trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and beyond
  • General admin support: inbox management, scheduling, and internal comms

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, creators, and campaign workflows
  • Exceptionally organised, reliable, and detail‑oriented
  • A critical thinker who takes initiative and takes ownership of their duties
  • Excellent communicator – confident with people and professional over email
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, priorities and deadlines with ease
  • Tech‑savvy – ideally familiar with tools such as Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Photoshop
  • A passion for digital culture and a genuine interest in entertainment marketing
  • Dutch speaking would be hugely beneficial but not a must
