Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals who have requested information about our well-being programs.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness.
• Support and mentor individuals aiming to achieve measurable results.
• Maintain clear and accurate records in our CRM system.
• Provide insights to continuously optimize our client engagement process.
• Collaborate with a high-performing global team while working independently.
• Follow our proven client engagement framework and best practices.

• 7+ years of experience in consultative sales, entrepreneurship, or client engagement roles.
• Strong, confident communicator with a warm, empathetic, and professional approach.
