Overview
We’re looking for a new Co-Artistic Director to join the Unlimited team
Details
- Salary: £40,000 pro rata – 0.25 FTE (£10,000 for 13 weeks or 65 days per year)
- Contract: Fixed term until April 2023
With founder Clare Duffy leaving the company after 23 years, we’re looking for a new Co-Artistic Director – a UK based artist at any stage of their career with experience of making their own work (primarily in the performing arts) and an interest in leading a company either now or in the future.
We will design the specifics of the job description with the artist to fit around existing/future commitments and in response to what they would like to achieve within the time commitment. We imagine this being a mix of developing their own projects that Unlimited would produce, and training/mentoring to develop the artist’s leadership and company management experience.
Deadline
Deadline for applications: 6pm, Friday 9th July 2021. Dependent on the number of applications we receive, our intention is to meet with everyone who applies and then make an invitation to join the company to the successful individual by the end of July. However, if we receive a large number of applications we may have to develop this process – we will confirm details with everyone who applies by end of business on Tuesday 13 July 2021. All meetings will take place virtually with no need to travel and all reasonable access requirements provided.
Thanks for your interest in working with us and we look forward to hearing from you.
