Your Impact: What You Will Own

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global SDR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
  • Drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration between SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across multiple markets and customer segments.
  • Own SDR performance management, including target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, incentive structures, and ongoing coaching initiatives.
  • Analyze team performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain regular reporting frameworks, providing leadership with clear visibility into pipeline performance, team productivity, and strategic progress.
  • Continuously improve SDR workflows, tools, messaging, and operational processes to increase efficiency and commercial impact.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or roles within fast-paced B2B or fintech environments.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling global SDR teams, with a strong focus on coaching, performance management, and team development.
  • A strategic and commercially driven mindset, with the ability to build scalable outbound and pipeline generation processes.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating international teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
  • Highly organized and operationally strong, with excellent planning and prioritization skills in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience analyzing performance metrics, forecasting, and optimizing team efficiency.
