What the job involves

We are looking for a Business Growth and Partnerships Manager to drive the expansion of our business accounts offering across key European markets. This role is focused on building and scaling a partner-led distribution engine, with a primary focus on establishing strong relationships with corporate service providers, company formation agents (registrators), consulting firms, and legal and accounting partners.

The core objective is to create a predictable, high-volume referral channel where partners consistently introduce qualified business clients. Success in this role is defined by the ability to onboard and activate partners who generate scalable client flow, rather than acquiring individual clients directly.

You will also embed the company within local entrepreneurial ecosystems, including startups, tech, and e-commerce communities, to strengthen market presence and unlock additional partnership opportunities. This role requires a high level of ownership and autonomy, with a strong focus on execution, long-term relationship building, and measurable results.

Partner Acquisition & Relationship Building

  • Identify and build relationships with corporate service providers, law firms, registrators, consulting firms, and key industry influencers. Drive a consistent partner-driven pipeline to generate high-quality client referrals.

Fiduciary and Industry Association Engagement

  • Engage with relevant fiduciary and industry associations, negotiate sponsorships, and participate in events to secure introductions to strategic partners.

Event Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and organize events for partners with support from the marketing team to strengthen relationships, generate leads, and enhance brand presence.

Strategic Partner & Client Meetings

  • Conduct targeted meetings with high-potential partners and top clients to drive referrals and identify new account opportunities.

Industry Participation

  • Represent the company at corporate, legal, and industry conferences to expand networks and uncover partnership opportunities.

Community Engagement

  • Identify and engage key entrepreneurial and business communities in tech, IT, e-commerce, digital marketing and other industries. Establish partnerships or sponsorships to position the company and its founders as trusted industry leaders.

Partner and Client Onboarding

  • Onboard new partners and ensure their clients receive a fast, efficient, and high-priority onboarding experience. Collaborate with internal teams to maintain quality and compliance standards.

Success Metrics:

  • Number of activated partners and partner-driven client accounts
  • Quality and volume of onboarded accounts
  • Engagement within partners, entrepreneurial ecosystems (events organization)
