Your Impact: What You Will Own
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global SDR team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Drive alignment and cross-functional collaboration between SDRs, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to maximize pipeline generation and conversion.
- Develop and execute scalable outbound and lead generation strategies across multiple markets and customer segments.
- Own SDR performance management, including target setting, KPI tracking, forecasting, incentive structures, and ongoing coaching initiatives.
- Analyze team performance metrics and sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and uncover new growth opportunities.
