We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to help drive UnlikelyAI’s growth by generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact with prospective clients, introducing them to how our technology transforms complex regulated processes within high risk industries. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, proactive, and motivated by uncovering customer needs and creating meaningful conversations. You’ll work closely with our sales and growth teams to identify ideal prospects, craft thoughtful outreach, and book meetings that lead to high‑value commercial discussions. What You’ll Do
- Pipeline Build: Generate a qualified pipeline by identifying, researching, and reaching out to target accounts.
- Strategic Prospecting: Craft personalised, high‑quality outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) that resonates with senior stakeholders in banking, accountancy, insurance, and other regulated sectors.
- Meeting Generation: Schedule quality meetings to understand prospect pain points and align them with UnlikelyAI’s value proposition.
- Prospect Engagement: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and target personas.
- Performance Tracking: Track and analyse outreach effectiveness to continuously improve conversion rates and track engagement.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and share valuable market insights with the wider business.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in B2B sales development or a similar new business role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Professionalism: Comfortable engaging senior decision makers and building relationships from the first conversation, confident presentation skills and a professional manner.
- Persistence & Growth Mindset: Resilient, self‑motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment.
