Job Description
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our global paid acquisition strategy across UNLEASH. You will take ownership of paid campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and execution through to performance analysis, optimization & commercial impact. This role goes beyond event campaigns. You will drive growth across: UNLEASH Paris and Miami (delegate + sponsorship revenue), Marketing services and commercial campaigns and our newsletter. Your focus is simple: build a paid media engine that drives pipeline and revenue, not just traffic. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on data, moves fast, and turns insight into action.
Responsibilities
- Own Paid Media Strategy
- Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other emerging platforms.
- Build full-funnel strategies across.
- Align paid media strategy with business goals, campaign launches, and commercial priorities.
- Work closely with content, events, sales, and marketing services teams to align messaging and targeting.
Drive Performance & Revenue Growth
- Own performance against pipeline and revenue target, not only CPL.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI, CPL, CPC and pipeline contribution.
- Drive Website Traffic and Audience Growth.
- Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns to improve conversion across channel.
- Identify & scale new channels, audiences, and opportunities to scale.
Campaign Execution
- Launch and manage campaigns across search, paid social, display, and retargeting.
- Develop high-performing and compelling ad copy and creative briefs aligned to campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to deliver high-performing assets.
- Support key campaign moments including event launches, reports, and commercial initiatives.
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using platforms such as Google Analytics and CRM tools.
- Track performance end to end (campaign, lead, pipeline and revenue).
- Work with CRM systems (Pardot, Salesforce) to ensure accurate attribution.
- Work with the data team to build dashboards and reports that clearly show impact on customer journey, pipeline and revenue.
- Turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Audience & Growth Optimisation
- Leverage first-party data to build targeted audience segments.
- Support account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value sponsors.
- Partner with web and content teams to improve landing page performance and conversion rates.
- Contribute to always-on demand generation strategy across the UNLEASH platform.
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years’ experience in paid media or performance marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong experience across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, events, Paid Delegate Tickets & SPEX sponsorship.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and attribution models.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize effectively, and move at pace.
- Clear communicator who can translate performance into tangible results.

- Improved lead quality and conversion to revenue.
