New Alternative Path is growing, and we’re looking for 7–8 experienced Student Advisors to join our team. This is a high-performance, commission-driven role for individuals with a background in student recruitment or educational consultancy who are confident in generating and converting their own leads.

What you’ll do:

  • Recruit and advise home students
  • Guide applicants through the full journey
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Hit and exceed recruitment targets

What we offer:

  • £100/day salary (office-based, 2–3 days/week)
  • £500–£1,000+ commission per student
