Univive is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Global Engagement Officer to strengthen and manage our global partner ecosystem. The role focuses on agent and university engagement, contracts, commissions, and partnership development, ensuring smooth coordination between Univive, its global agents, and university partners. This is a non-sales role and is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in agent contracts, commission structures, onboarding, and partnership support within the study abroad industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Univive’s global agent partners.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents to manage expectations and ensure alignment with Univive policies.
  • Support agents with partnership-related queries, documentation, and processes.
  • Assist in agent onboarding, including documentation, contracts, compliance checks, and system setup.
  • Handle agent and university contracts, including drafting, review coordination, renewals, and amendments.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date contract records and commission structures.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure commission terms are correctly implemented and followed.
  • Support commission-related discussions, clarifications, and reconciliations with partners.
  • Coordinate with university partners to manage expectations related to contracts, commissions, and engagement terms.
  • Ensure all university agreements are current, compliant, and properly documented.
  • Act as a liaison between universities and internal Univive teams for partnership-related matters.
  • Identify and explore new partnership opportunities (agents, universities, markets) that align with Univive’s growth strategy.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships in expanding global alliances and strategic collaborations.
  • Analyze contract and commission models to explore new and improved partnership opportunities for Univive.
  • Prepare regular reports on agent network status, contracts, commissions, and engagement activities.
  • Share insights, challenges, and improvement areas with the Head of Partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments and external partners.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in the study abroad / overseas education industry.
  • Strong understanding of agent contracts, commission structures, and partnership models.
  • Experience in agent onboarding and partner relationship management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for global partner interaction.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explore and recommend new opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
