Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a UK market business plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Identify, onboard, and manage key partners including system integrators, distributors, and strategic accounts
  • Expand business opportunities through existing network and new channel development
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and decision-makers
  • Represent Uniview at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Educate partners and end users on CCTV and AIoT solutions
  • Align and coordinate initiatives with appropriate partners
  • Work closely with the Country Manager on quarterly business planning
  • Track, monitor, and report KPIs and business performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering or related background preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in BDM / sales within CCTV, video surveillance, or security industry
  • Solid understanding of system integrators, distributors, and project-based sales
  • Strong communication skills across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
  • Valid driving license is preferred
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and independent working style
