Are you an experienced events professional with a passion for delivering memorable experiences? We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager, ideally with a strong background in event planning, to become a valued member of our friendly and professional events team. You will have the opportunity to work with fantastic clients and coordinate a diverse range of internal and external events across the University of London’s prestigious and historic Senate House portfolio. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Planning and executing events to a high level of detail to ensure a top quality client experience
- Ensuring that all event and hospitality details are in the booking system (KX), event folders and communicated to various service departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of event
- To be the primary contact for customers on the day of their event, ensuring smooth running and that customers’ requirements are met
- To liaise with members of the catering, portering, cleaning, security, FM, H
