As a Teacher of English, you will:
- Plan and deliver a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum for students contributing to raising standards of student attainment.
- Provide high‑quality teaching and effective pastoral support, creating a learning environment that enables all students to achieve their potential.
- Monitor students’ progress and development and set expectations in relation to standards of achievement and the quality of learning and teaching.
About you
We want to hear from you if you are:
- An Early Career Teacher (ECT) with QTS, or currently completing teacher training and on track to gain QTS by September.
- Qualified to at least degree level in subject area and/or good A Levels or equivalent.
- Unrelenting in your pursuit of excellence in all aspects of your practice.
- Successful in working with young people and securing the best outcomes for them.
- Team spirited and prepared to go above and beyond to get the job done.
