Following promotion, we are seeking to appoint an ambitious and inspiring Deputy Headteacher Quality of Education, to join our senior leadership team.

  • Has a well-developed understanding of exceptional behaviour and conduct
  • Has strong and proven impact in driving successful teams and systems
  • Is a strategic thinker with the drive, dedication and organisational skills to make plans become a reality
  • Has significant leadership and management experience and is able to create an ethos within which their direct reports are motivated and supported to develop their skills and knowledge
  • Has an understanding of effective governance
  • Is a strong team player
