Royal Greenwich Trust School (RGTS) is seeking an ambitious and inspirational Associate Senior Leader β Science to join our Senior Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of Science across the school.
At RGTS, developing our people and creating clear pathways to senior leadership is central to our culture. The Associate Senior Leader (ASLT) role is designed to provide aspiring senior leaders with meaningful experience at a whole-school strategic level, while continuing to make a strong impact in the classroom.
As the Associate Senior Leader, you will bring energy, expertise and passion for the subject to drive the strategic vision for Science at RGTS.
You will:
- Be the senior lead for Science, accountable for KS4 outcomes
- Shape and lead a high-quality, ambitious Science curriculum
- Use data intelligently to drive improvement and raise standards
- Build, motivate and develop a strong Science team
- Lead subject-specific and whole-school CPL
- Play a key role within the Teaching & Learning Team
