The University of York is embarking on an ambitious journey, including a major HR Finance Transformation programme, and we are looking for two talented individuals to join our People & Organisational Development team as Development Partners. This is your chance to play a central role in a university-wide initiative that will fundamentally enhance how we work.

This is an opportunity to collaboratively design and deliver the future of our university. You\’ll enjoy a varied and impactful portfolio, contributing to some of our most critical initiatives:

Supporting HR Finance Transformation: You\’ll support the team to ensure our staff are supported and equipped to embrace new digital systems and processes.

Design and deliver impactful development programmes: From crafting our leadership development curriculum to creating bespoke team-building interventions, your work will directly enhance staff performance and development.

Become a trusted partner: You\’ll work closely with leaders and departments across the university, providing expert guidance and coaching to help them meet their strategic goals.

Champion wellbeing and digital fluency: We\’re particularly seeking expertise in designing interventions that support digital change and foster a culture of wellbeing.
