Within SLaW, Coordinated Services provide administrative and operational support to the three departments: Student Support and Communities, Mental Health and Wellbeing, and Conduct and Respect. As one of the administrators within Coordinated Services, you will work closely with the rest of the team to deliver consistent and professional administrative support. You will provide support regarding administrative processes related to student life, finances, HR and purchasing. You will assist as a note-taker at important meetings, including those as part of Support to Study and misconduct meetings.

- High degree of attention to detail and ability to provide accurate, concise summaries and notes
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
- Experience of, and commitment to, providing excellent customer service to a wide range of stakeholders
