This is an exciting and varied role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise a workload effectively. The successful candidate will be a keen problem-solver with strong digital capabilities and demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency and share best practice. This role is required to coordinate our student and staff uniform requirements across our Health courses, alongside coordinating other projects, such as overseeing Timetabling across the School of Nursing & Midwifery.
This role will sit within our Professional Administrative Service (PAS) Team supporting the School of Nursing & Midwifery. It will be a full-time role, based at our St Johns campus, with some working from home (typically 1-2 days per week) a possibility, after successful completion of an interim probationary period of 3 months. A flexi-time scheme is in operation.
Please note that this post does not meet the minimum salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post who will require sponsorship to work in the UK. Please note that if not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through our subsidiary company Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Worcester. Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
