We are looking for a collaborative and proactive Recruitment Advisor to help shape how we attract, select and welcome new colleagues who make our community thrive.

In this role, you will work closely with recruiting managers across the University, guiding them through fair, transparent and inclusive recruitment. You will support every stage of the process from crafting adverts and advising on job descriptions, to shortlisting, interviewing and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

You will also contribute to the development of our recruitment brand, improve processes and systems, analyse recruitment data, and help us continually enhance the service we provide. Coaching hiring managers, supervising a Recruitment Administrator and taking part in University-wide projects and events will also be part of your varied and rewarding workload.

This role offers the chance to drive meaningful change, promote best practice and join a friendly HR team that values professionalism, development and collaboration.

Please note that if not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through our subsidiary company Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the University of Worcester. Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).

This post does not meet the minimum salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. We are therefore unable to consider applicants for this post who will require sponsorship to work in the UK.
