Worcester Business School is seeking an innovative and forward-thinking Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour to join our expanding Department of Management & Finance. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative teaching, impactful research, and curriculum development in a vibrant academic environment.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with expertise in:

  • Organizational behaviour
  • Industrial relations
  • Sustainability/Sustainable Development

You’ll play a key role in delivering undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, supporting student success, and enhancing the School’s research and knowledge exchange profile.

What we’re looking for:

  • A doctoral qualification (or near completion) in a relevant subject
  • Contemporary subject knowledge and professional experience in OB
  • Experience teaching in UK higher education or developing professionals in a UK context
  • Strong communication skills and a student-centred approach to learning
  • Ability to contribute to research and/or knowledge exchange aligned with the School’s strategic priorities
  • Proficiency in ICT and its application to teaching and learning
