This opportunity is only available to current University of Worcester students going into their final year of an Accounting and Finance, or Business and Finance degree, and who are seeking a one-year part-time opportunity.

The Finance Department are seeking current students to join them for a 10 month, part-time (15-20 hours max) opportunity as Finance Assistant – Purchase Ledger, with a likely start date of September 2026.

The role involves maintaining accurate records of liabilities to suppliers. This will include primarily preparation and input of supplier invoices and requests for payment, plus drafting and uploading the weekly payment runs. Answering queries from suppliers, including reconciliation of ledgers, and assisting University colleagues also form part of this varied role.
