The University of Worcester is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Estates ContractsManager to join our Estates Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to play a pivotal role in managing and improving the delivery of hard FM services across our campuses.
About the Role
This is a new role reporting to the Director of Capital Developments and Campus Infrastructure, you will closely with the Procurement Team to ensure the effective procurement of a wide range of estates-related service contracts. You will be responsible for the management, and performance monitoring of these agreements. Your work will also support safe, compliant, and high-quality operational environments for students, staff, and visitors.
You will collaborate closely with a wide range of people including the Procurement Team, members of the Finance Team , Estates colleagues, project managers, and external contractors to ensure that all services meet contractual, legislative, and industry best-practice standards. The role involves developing technical specifications, managing KPIs and SLAs, undertaking supplier performance reviews, and driving continuous improvement across all service areas.
