The University of Worcester is home to nearly 10,000 students and offers around 1,000 bed spaces across University Managed Accommodation. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Residential & Commercial Services team in a varied and rewarding role that directly enhances the student experience.

As a key member of the Accommodation Team, you will:

  • Promote University Managed Accommodation to prospective students, offering advice and support from application through to move-in and beyond, dealing with issues and concerns effectively to ensure student wellbeing, welfare and retention.
  • Work closely with colleagues across university departments to support student wellbeing, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Help to plan and deliver key university events linked to accommodation, including open days, webinars, welcome events, and student arrivals and departures.
