We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Personal Assistant to the Head of School/Deputy Head of School to join our department. Are you an experienced administrative professional? We are looking to appoint a forward-thinking, outward-looking professional with a proven commitment to working as part of a team to establish innovative and modern approaches to administration and enhance their skills at a professional level.
About the role: This is an exciting and varied role which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise workload effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills with strong digital capabilities and will demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency, and share best practices. The successful candidate will be able to work well using their own initiative, using judgment and discretion where necessary, but also acknowledge and value working as part of a team.
This role will be part time (22.2 hours) and based at our City Campus. The pattern of work can be flexible, subject to agreement with the Head of School and School Manager. After the initial three-month training period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1 day per week).
