This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Worcester and make a meaningful impact as our next Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery.

In this role, you'll guide the School's academic vision, nurture a supportive culture for staff, and ensure our students receive an exceptional learning experience that prepares them for meaningful, person-centred practice. You'll work closely with regional health and care partners, strengthen professional pathways, and champion high-quality teaching, research and clinical collaboration.
You’ll bring credibility as a nurse or midwife, a passion for developing others, and the confidence to lead with empathy and clarity, along with the motivation to shape the future of the professions you care deeply about.

Appointees of Uniworc Limited will automatically be enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
