This is an exciting opportunity to join the University of Worcester and make a meaningful impact as our next Head of School of Nursing and Midwifery. In this role, you'll guide the School's academic vision, nurture a supportive culture for staff, and ensure our students receive an exceptional learning experience that prepares them for meaningful, person-centred practice. You'll work closely with regional health and care partners, strengthen professional pathways, and champion high-quality teaching, research and clinical collaboration. You'll bring credibility as a nurse or midwife, a passion for developing others, and the confidence to lead with empathy and clarity, along with the motivation to shape the future of the professions you care deeply about.
