Overview

Job opportunity at the University of Wolverhampton. UK Recruitment Assistant (FABSS) is a key role within the UK Recruitment and Partnerships Department. You will support delivery of key projects and activities of the recruitment operational action plan, feeding into the University UK recruitment strategy with a focus on the Faculty of Arts, Business & Social Sciences.

Responsibilities

  • Support delivery of activities outlined in faculty and course-level recruitment action plans, covering the ‘awareness to application’ stages of the prospect journey.
  • Respond to prospect enquiries and work with colleagues in conversion and WP roles to support activities for the faculty across the function.
  • Deliver recruitment activities on and off campus, such as attending HE fairs and national exhibitions; work closely with schools and colleges.
  • Travel away from the University within the West Midlands and occasionally throughout the UK; be away from home on University business several times each year, and work during evenings and weekends.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle for post-18 and “non-traditional learners”; experience delivering promotional activity (including targeting and monitoring KPIs).
  • Use a CRM system with strong data inputting and accuracy.

  • Understanding of the HE student recruitment lifecycle for post-18 and “non-traditional learners”.
  • Experience delivering promotional activity (targeting, KPI monitoring) preferably within classroom/training environments.
  • Experience using a CRM system with accurate data input.

Additional information

You will be required to work in and out of campus, including travel within the West Midlands and occasionally beyond, and to work evenings and weekends.
