The University of Winchester is seeking to appoint a Student Journey Co-ordinator. This is an exciting role which plays a key part in onboarding and welcoming our students into the University. The role holder will have a positive impact on all our students, supporting them to have a transformational educational experience.
The successful candidate will be proactive and engaged with the whole student experience, offering general advice and guidance and an initial front-line first response. Where required, you will also provide pastoral support and respond to serious and critical incidents. You will be keen to make a difference to the student body, supporting them to maximise their success, in particular to those from underrepresented backgrounds.
You will work with the wider student journey team and will manage and support on-campus familiarisation events and residential activities alongside proactive welfare campaigns.
