Placement Co-ordinator
Part time, 22.2 hours per week
£27,319 to £30,378 per annum, pro rata – (actual salary – £16,391 to £18,226)
Fixed term secondment cover until 28 August 2026
The University of Winchester is seeking a proactive and solutions‑focused Placement Co‑ordinator to join our Careers and Opportunities team, driving the effective delivery of our placement offer and enhancing the student experience.
This dynamic role involves close collaboration with academics, external organisations, and colleagues across Student Support and Success. It focuses on building strong relationships with course teams, employers, and students, and providing tailored guidance that empowers students to explore, secure, and succeed in a wide range of placement opportunities.
The position also plays a key part in the administration of placements to ensure an excellent experience for both students and organisations.
