The Knowledge Exchange Officer will play a central role within the University’s Research & Innovation (R&I) team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative environment as we continue to develop our Knowledge Exchange activity and deliver our strategic ambitions.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the department, the wider University, and with external partners. You will help shape and improve the systems and processes that underpin our Knowledge Exchange work, including activity supported through Higher Education Innovation Funding (HEIF).

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and enjoys working with others to improve ways of working. You will bring:

  • Experience of working in a project administration or project management role
  • Practical knowledge of legal or contract review processes
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
  • A collaborative approach, with the confidence to build positive working relationships across teams
  • The ability to analyse and present information with a focus on specific requirements of funding schemes or external reports.
