An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University of Winchester’s Campus Housing team in a Housing Adviser role. Our friendly, helpful Student Housing Services Team delivers an inclusive housing service to all students attending the University together with information and signposting to staff and visitors. The Team provides an efficient and timely service offering a wealth of in-depth advice, information and experience to students to enable them to make the choices most suitable to their housing needs and to make the most of their time in residences. We also aim to develop the life skills students will need to negotiate the housing market in the future as young professionals.

Your daily work will involve assisting the Housing Manager (On Campus) with the management of university residences, as well as dealing with the pastoral care and discipline of students living on campus. You will be a first point of contact for student residents and will liaise with other teams in the University, such as Security, Campus Management, Maintenance and Student Support & Success. You will support the Allocations Officer in ensuring students’ accommodation requests are attended to correctly and efficiently.
